Previous Projects

Our 1st project was Sai Nagar in Madhampatty which is on the way to kovai kutralam. The Sai Nagar project consisted of 150+ Housing plots. All the plots have been sold out in a short span of time as soon as it was launched. Major customers included elite and NRIs. Few Houses have been constructed currently.

Our 2nd project was Green land in close proximity to Anuur, exactly on the Annur –Avinashi Highways. The Green land project consisted of 300+ Housing plots. All the plots have been sold out in a short span of time as soon as it was launched. This was kind of a low budget project catering to the needs of the middle class people. House Constructions have been started by our customers.
